We use your information to respond to you, evaluate and schedule work, communicate relevant property notes to assigned cleaning professionals, operate the private Matador dashboard, improve our process, and meet legal or safety obligations. We may use service providers that host the website, store booking records, prevent spam, and send email. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including customer service, business records, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Please do not place alarm codes, payment details, medical information, or other highly sensitive information in the notes field.
