Service Terms

These terms apply to requests made through the Matador Cleaning Services LLC website. Additional written details may be included when Matador confirms a particular job.

Requests and confirmation

Submitting the form sends a request; it does not create a confirmed appointment. A service date, arrival window, scope, and price are confirmed only when Matador accepts them in writing. Same-day requests are subject to availability and written confirmation.

Quotes and scope

Matador prepares pricing from the information provided. If the property’s size, condition, access, occupancy, requested tasks, or other circumstances differ materially from the request, Matador may revise the scope or price before work continues. Tasks not confirmed in writing are outside the agreed scope.

Access and preparation

You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access at the confirmed time, securing valuables and sensitive documents, identifying fragile or special-care surfaces, and safely containing pets when needed. Matador may pause, decline, or reschedule work when access is unavailable or conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond the confirmed scope, or materially different from those described.

Changes, cancellations, and no access

Please notify Matador as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a confirmed service. A late-cancellation or no-access fee may apply only when the amount and circumstances were disclosed in the written confirmation for that job. If Matador must change a confirmed visit, we will contact you to arrange the next available option.

Quality concerns and damage

Please report a concern promptly with enough detail for Matador to review it. Matador will assess the confirmed scope and the circumstances and determine an appropriate response. Pre-existing wear, unstable fixtures, delicate surfaces, and undisclosed conditions can affect what can be safely cleaned.

Website use

Provide accurate information and do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, or submit unlawful or fraudulent requests. Website content may change as Matador’s services develop.
